RuthAnne Dreisbach is a noted brand strategist and designer of integrated financial communication and marketing programs, as well as digital and print advertising campaigns. CHARLES G.T. STONEHILL
Charles G.T. Stonehill is an advisor to Black Label. His distinguished career in global financial services began at J.P. Morgan & Co. and has included responsibilities as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he was Head of Equity Division, Europe, and Head of Equity Capital Markets, Europe. At Credit Suisse First Boston, Mr. Stonehill was Head of Investment Banking and Private Equity for Barclays de Zoete Wedd; Head of Investment Banking for the Americas; and Deputy Head of Investment Banking. Most recently, Mr. Stonehill has been Global head of Capital Markets at Lazard Freres & Co., and Chief Financial Officer of Better Place, a global firm that develops new energy solutions. He is currently managing director and head of RSR Partners Financial Services Practice.

Mr. Stonehill is non-executive director of Julius Baer Group, Ltd. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Paris Stock Exchange and as a Board Member, CapitalKey, Inc., is a Transatlantic Council Member of British American Business Inc.. E. NOEL HARWERTH—Global Governance
Ms. Harwerth has extensive experience in financial services, with particular focus on governance, risk management and taxation. Until her retirement from Citigroup in 2003, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Citibank International PLC in Europe, with responsibility for infrastructure and governance. There she created a governance model that is widely regarded as "best in class." She served on the Audit Committee of Citibank International PLC, on the Board and Audit Committee of Citicorp Ireland Financial Services Ltd., and was Chairman of Citicorp International Securities Ltd. In 2000, she formed the Operational Risk Committee for Citibank’s business in Europe in anticipation of the new Basel Capital Accord.

Ms. Harwerth joined Citicorp in 1988 as Chief Tax Officer and headed a department servicing Citicorp units in over 100 countries. Prior to joining Citicorp, Ms. Harwerth held senior positions in Dun & Bradstreet and Kennecott Copper Corporation.

Ms. Harwerth serves on the board of The London Metals Exchange and is non-executive director of Alent plc, Avocet Mining plc, Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and Standard Life plc.

Ms. Harwerth was educated at the University of Texas and holds a Jurisdoctor degree from the University of Texas Law School. She currently serves on the Board of the Committee of 200 as International Chair and frequently lectures on Operational Risk and Corporate Governance and Infrastructure.
